ORANGE SHIRT DAY-EVERY CHILD MATTERS

Wednesday, September 30th is Orange Shirt Day. On September 30th, students are encouraged to wear an orange shirt to raise awareness of Indigenous communities. This is an opportunity to learn about the Residential Schools. This as we note Every Child Matters. Prayers, messages of hope and activities are shared on Orange Shirt Day.

Dear Parents/Guardians:

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome our families to the 2020 – 2021 year. Divine Mercy CES extends a warm welcome to new families joining our school community as well as families who are returning. Families have chosen in person learning or remote learning and students are eager to begin.
